IACC MEMBERSHIP

The International Association of Cigar Clubs offers cigar clubs, those already formed and looking to expand and those now in the planning stage, all the tools, services, and resources necessary to not only get your club off the ground but to make it highly successful as well.

Don’t let you’re plans for developing a successful cigar club go up in smoke because of lack of expertise. IACC can help you with every stage of your current or new venture.

IACC offers your club two membership programs allowing you to pick and choose the services you need.

BASIC MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM:

IACC’s basic membership is a two year program at a cost of $75.00 a month. It consists of the following.

Your cigar club is able to participate in IACC’s reciprocal access program where your members are eligible to utilize the facilities offered by all other IACC member cigar clubs. Your club will offer other IACC member clubs the same reciprocal arrangement.

Your cigar club, and all its information, would be listed on IACC’s website where it can be viewed by thousands of cigar smokers, many from your immediate area. This is an excellent tool for recruiting new members.

You’ll be eligible to participate in our private Members’ Forum where you will be able to network with other IACC member clubs to exchange information and discuss issues.

IACC will assist you in establishing your club’s credit card processing account.

You will receive assistance from IACC in scheduling industry participants for your special events and those events will also appear on IACC’s calendar.

Your members will be eligible for cigar manufacturers’ sponsored trips where individual air fare is usually the only cost.

IACC will publish your club news letter on its website and you can qualify for the site’s “Cigar Club of the Month” feature.

You may purchase IACC’s proprietary membership database for only $450.00. This allows you to maintain your member database and bill your members on a monthly basis.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM:

IACC’s premium membership is a two year program at a cost of only $150.00 a month. It includes the following.

All of the items listed under IACC’s basic membership package.

This program also includes IACC’s proprietary membership database.

IACC, after taking your monthly raw door access data, will convert it into a format that will be sent to you for importing into that database. This will considerably shorten the time you spend on your monthly billing.

IACC will supply you with a monthly members’ anniversary report listing all members that are up for renewal two months prior to their renewal date.

IACC will supply you with a quarterly activity report indicating which members are utilizing your club’s facilities to the fullest and which are not.
